This is part of a collection of works that came from challenging myself to create something every day for a month. Allowing the time can be difficult in itself. The bigger hurdle was forcing myself to sit and connect with whatever emotions were happening each day. This challenge forced me to sit with myself, accept and express whatever feelings were passing through me in the moment. Each piece being an expression of my synaesthetic experience with emotions.
